Food for women apparently exists. Well, it isn’t food exclusively for women, but I discovered there are a few foods that are even better for you if you’re female– including one of my favorites, flaxseed. Not using flaxseed? I love ground flaxseed as a substitute for bread crumbs on top of casseroles. I mix flaxseed with a little Parmesan and a mist of olive oil and return the casserole to the oven until it just starts to brown.
