Pepperoni rolls are all the rage in West Virginia, often attributed to a historically large Italian immigrant population. However, my food fascination during my 4 days in West Virginia this week has been morel mushrooms. Hunting large caches or collection a large number of morels is a statewide obsession as well as a part-time moneymaker for many.
