I am not an avid fan of drinking water, but my health requires it. Since the wildfires, I find that our water tastes different due to additives to protect us from bacteria that may have grown during the week water was not circulating. It isn’t just a beverage. It washes every dish. It is the foundation for coffee, tea, chicken stock and even poached eggs, mashed potatoes and steamed spinach. Never take clean water for granted.
