Growing up, meat was the focal point of all meal preparation. Everything revolved around how long the meatloaf, turkey, fried chicken etc. had to cook. Every plate had to be picture perfect–1/2 meat (it is the South afterall), 1/4 starch (usually potatoes), 1/4 vegetable (often fried). ENTRY FEE: $35 for up to 2 (MFA members $20). Add’l entries $5 each.

UROR: Jennifer O’Neill is Director of Academic Advising for Undergraduate Photography at the Corcoran College of Art + Design. She graduated with a BFA in Photography from the Corcoran & received her MFA in Photography from the University of Delaware. Ms. O’Neill’s work has been well received and awarded for excellence nationally. Her photograms are carefully constructed tableaux examining the fine line that separates fantasy from reality. Dividing her time between NY and DC, Ms. O’Neill continues her work as a fine art photographer while teaching.
