My tolerance for plastic-y foods is diminishing right along with the availability of beautiful greens in winter. Just when it would be helpful to be a fan of processed foods, I find them less tolerable than ever. I’m even growing intolerant of frozen vegetables. Unless I want to live on spinach and kale, I’m going to have to find a solution. In the meantime, this next Call isn’t tolerating the plastic either; it is all about the natural world. Take a look…
