I kicked cable TV to the curb.  Because we travel for work, no one really watches specific shows very often.  So, we have a Hulu account & Chromecast PLUS there’s a Redbox® just down the mountain.  The result?  Now we watch more movies and consume more popcorn.  Isn’t that the law?  A movie must be accompanied by popcorn, right?  This next Call could be an excellent way to put my new movie-watching obsession to good use.  Take a look…

ELIGIBILITY:  Open to all artists

THEME:  All pieces should reference cinema in some way. Work may reference a specific film, director, director’s body of work, film genre or movement, etc. Work may also reference cinematic process or the visual language of cinema.

MEDIA: Painting, sculpture, photography & installation

DEADLINE: August 28, 2015

NOTIFICATION:  August 31, 2015
