GREENS are the new black
The greens are emerging. Many of you know that I live in Gatlinburg and wildfires recently swept the area. Firefighters stopped the fire a mere 6′ from my doorstep. The forest surround my home is charred. But all of this unseasonably warm February weather (76°F today) has prompted the most tender of green leaves and unexpected happy daffodil heads to appear.
