sugar or cake CONES?

I am addicted to cones of vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate.  More accurately, I love the chocolate dipped diary, not the cone, but I have great respect for the edible nature of this delivery system.  Why don’t we have more edible packaging?  I don’t know either.  (BTW, no, I do NOT want to know about the probably-scary, chemical explanation for why dipping chocolate hardens.  Ignorance is bliss.)  This next Call is all about cones (and rods), but of the photoreceptor quality.  I’ve shown work at this venue, and I can’t wait to see this show…

What are the most used tools in your kitchen?  Aside from knives, mine are the vegetable peeler, 2 sizes of whisks & measuring cups/spoons.  In my head, I can’t imagine not having a food processor & an immersion blender, but I don’t really use them that much.  The newest tech isn’t always the best tech for the job.  This next Call is a reflection on a the evolution of tech through art.  You’ll love this one…
