While traveling around the country, people often ask what food I miss most from home. The truth is, what I really miss is tea — unsweetened, cold-but-not-iced, sans caffeine. I drink at least a gallon a day. I can make it on the road, but it isn’t the same. Different water, different container, different refrigerator.
