Veggies everyday seems simple. There are many different perspectives on how much is enough, but the average recommendation is 5 servings a day (approximately 1/2 c., well packed, per serving). Five days a week, no problem, but because I travel for work so often, those last 2 days seem to elude me. I still manage 2 or 3 fruits & veggies a day, but the full five is a struggle. ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. artists 18+
MEDIA: Open to all media
ENTRY FEE: $45 up to 3, $5 ea. add’l (early bird) or $65 up to 3, $5 ea add’l after March 1
DEADLINE: March 1, 2016 (early bird) or March 15, 2016 (final)
NOTIFICATION: March 25, 2016
JUROR: Beth Saunders, Curatorial Asst. at NY’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, holds a BFA from the UNC & an MPhil from the CUNY Graduate Center, where she is currently a PhD candidate in Art History. Before joining the Met as a curatorial asst., she was a Jane & Morgan Whitney Art History Fellow. Saunders has published book & exhibition reviews in Photography & Culture & Exposure.
