As Spring heads toward Summer, my house is in full-on busy mode.  With a teenager, 3+ business endeavors and a small-scale entertainment career, sometimes I just crave the opportunity to cook a full meal.  But in the meantime, I am trying to figure out how to make crock-pot meals feel fresh & Spring-like instead of cozy, warm winter stock.  Wish me luck because all I’ve come up with is chicken soup.  The next best thing is to skip Summer meal planning for Winter art planning.  Take a look at this Call…

I’m fascinated by the prospect of using veggie oil as an alternative fuel for powering cars & heating homes.  I’m not ready to jump to the change; however, I do have some fundamental questions.  Are fast food joints going to start get paid for their waste oil?
