I don’t stock saffron in my pantry. As much as I love the opulence & indulgence of a saffron-scented paella, the truth is that I get more mileage from luscious fats like unfiltered olive oil or nutty sesame oil. CURATORS: A. Laura Brody is a professional costume maker and designer who developed Opulent Mobility as a series of artworks, then built it into a juried group exhibit. Anthony Tusler is a photographer & disability arts activist. His photographs of the 1977 disability occupation of the San Francisco Federal Building are on his site: aboutdisability.com. Zeina Baltagi is a printmaker, teacher and co-founder of the Valley Print Studio.
