KITCHEN
Where I cook is about to drastically change. More specifically, where I LIVE is about to change. My new kitchen has been planned & re-planned –no dishwasher, a tiny fridge (supplemented by a root cellar), maybe wood or bamboo countertops, manual gadgets galore (of course) & open shelving plus an outdoor summer kitchen with wood-burning oven.
