FEED YOUR
face
I’ve always played with my food. As a small kid, I loved making faces, and as a teenager, mashed potatoes and gravy just screamed for a castle and moat. As an adult, my child is only mildly amused by smiley face pancakes and strange hair formed in syrup. This next Call wants to see your strange figures, but I don’t think they’re looking for food art. You be the judge…
Check out this Call for Entries from SlowArt Productions with Strange Figurations. The entry fee is reasonable, and the awards include both an exhibit at the Limner Gallery as well as an opportunity to have your work in the nationally-distributed art magazine, Direct Art. Please don’t miss this double-duty art opportunity!
